The surgery

  • GP Training Practice, also hosting medical students and student nurses
  • Varied demographic offering a little bit of everything
  • Coffee break every morning and afternoon (whole team attends the morning one)
  • Outstanding MDT including GP-level ANP, Cardiac Specialist Nurse, Diabetic Specialist Nurse, Family and Women’s Health Specialists, FCPs, full Pharmacy and Pharmacy Tech team and more
  • AI-supported triage streamlining the patient contact
  • EMIS practice

You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.

Your role

  • 4-6 sessions
  • 15‑minute appointments
  • Mixture of calls and F2F per patient preference
  • No enhanced access requirements but can opt‑in for a later start to catch the morning surf
  • No visits on routine days (one session a fortnight you would be the Visiting GP)
  • One session a week of triage – no Duty Doctor requirement
  • Interests heavily encouraged – minor surgery, joint injections and coil fitting always needed
