The surgery
- GP Training Practice, also hosting medical students and student nurses
- Varied demographic offering a little bit of everything
- Coffee break every morning and afternoon (whole team attends the morning one)
- Outstanding MDT including GP-level ANP, Cardiac Specialist Nurse, Diabetic Specialist Nurse, Family and Women’s Health Specialists, FCPs, full Pharmacy and Pharmacy Tech team and more
- AI-supported triage streamlining the patient contact
- EMIS practice
You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
Your role
- 4-6 sessions
- 15‑minute appointments
- Mixture of calls and F2F per patient preference
- No enhanced access requirements but can opt‑in for a later start to catch the morning surf
- No visits on routine days (one session a fortnight you would be the Visiting GP)
- One session a week of triage – no Duty Doctor requirement
- Interests heavily encouraged – minor surgery, joint injections and coil fitting always needed
