Overview
In this role you join a long-established GP Training Practice that values clinical excellence and teaching. You will work within a large, cohesive team across multiple sites, supporting trainee doctors and students while keeping a flexible schedule. The role offers a sponsored route to become a GP Trainer and potentially enter Partnership, with a strong focus on high-quality patient care and teamwork. You will shape care delivery with a community-facing practice and a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities
- Deliver 4–8 sessions per week with flexible start/finish times
- see 13 patients per 4-hour session with built-in admin time
- participate in pooled, fairly shared workload across sessions
- manage duty day once every two weeks with support from colleagues
- offer 15-minute or mixed appointment lengths
- contribute to a large multidisciplinary team and training environment
- support minor procedures or women's health discussions (optional)
- engage in training activities and weekly clinical meetings
Key requirements
- Minimum 3 years post-CCT
- GMC registration and UK performers list
- GP qualification
