This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Salaried GP to join a forward‑thinking GP Training Practice in Kidlington, Oxfordshire.

Location: Kidlington, Oxfordshire — approximately 5 miles north of Oxford city centre. Excellent transport links via the A34 and Oxford Parkway station.

Practice Details:

  • Mid‑sized practice with ambitious growth plans, part of a successful not‑for‑profit GP federation.
  • GP Training Practice with a structured educational programme.
  • Daily coffee break fostering a genuinely collaborative culture.
  • Strong multidisciplinary team including Clinical Pharmacists, Advanced Paramedic Practitioner, Physiotherapy service, Nurses and HCAs.
  • Dedicated medical secretaries managing referrals and correspondence.
  • Home‑visiting service in place, resulting in virtually no home visits for GPs.
  • Recently expanded premises undergoing significant investment and refurbishment.
  • EMIS clinical system.
  • Strong focus on clinician wellbeing and sustainable workloads.

Role: Salaried GP. Flexible sessional commitment available. 15‑minute appointments throughout. Typically 13 patients in the morning and 12 in the afternoon.

Responsibilities:

  • Personalised lists
  • Dedicated clinician‑of‑the‑day model for triage and urgent care
  • No squeeze‑in appointments and no expectation to routinely work beyond scheduled hours
  • Minimal home‑visiting responsibilities
  • Opportunity to develop specialist interests, particularly Women's Health, Dermatology or Research
  • Excellent progression opportunities, including future Clinical Lead roles

Qualifications: You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.

Salary & Benefits:

  • £10,925–£11,845 per session, dependent on experience
