Overview
In this role you join a forward-thinking GP training practice in Newark, supported by a large multidisciplinary team to deliver patient care with a manageable workload. You’ll work 4 sessions weekly with minimal home visits and strong admin/GP assistant support to reduce routine tasks. The position offers pathway for growth, including potential partnership, and a structured rota with a focus on work–life balance. Pay / Benefits
- Salary per session: 11,000 to 12,000

Responsibilities
- Provide general practice clinical care across 4 sessions per week with potential for expansion
- Manage 10–15 minute appointments with a target average of 12.5 minutes
- Participate in a capped duty doctor rota (roughly one day in six)
- Limit home visits; acute visits handled by other services
- Leverage strong admin and GP Assistant support to reduce routine workload
- Collaborate within a large multidisciplinary team in a training practice
- Newly qualified GPs welcomed to apply
