Hormone Health Specialist Salaried GP Background
Specialist hormone health care is one of the fastest growing areas of private medicine in the UK, and this provider sits right at the centre of it. Patients travel nationally, and in some cases internationally, to be seen here, and the clinic is recruiting at pace to keep up with demand. This is a genuine opportunity to build deep, focused expertise in menopause, perimenopause, PMS, PMDD and wider hormone health, away from the pressures of a traditional GP list.
Location
Warwickshire β commutable from all surrounding areas, with possibilities for Hybrid/Remote working moving forwards
Salary and Benefits
- Β£14,000+ per session
- Indemnity, employer's and public liability cover paid in full by the clinic
- Pension contributions of 6% employer and 4% employee on qualifying earnings
- 33 days' annual leave inclusive of bank holidays
- 8 days' study leave, plus an additional day for annual conference
The Practice

- Large, well established clinical team, with structured mentoring, monthly multidisciplinary team meetings and strong peer support
- In-house research and education, including dedicated researchers and published peer reviewed work
Your Role
- 2-10 sessions per week
- In-person work initially, with opportunities for Hybrid and Remote working moving forwards
- Typically around eight patients in total, with admin time built into every appointment
- 45- minutes face to face with every new patient and 30-minutes with every follow up
- No duty doctor, no on call, no home visits and no weekend or extended hours requirement
- Structured induction, a named mentor from day one and ongoing monthly MDT support
Requirements
- At least 3 years' post-CCT experience (unless you've got a significant interest in Hormone Health)
- A strong interest/passion in Hormone Health
- You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
