We have a great opportunity for a Practice Manager to join a surgery in Cheltenham on a locum basis. The practice is looking for an immediate start for 4 weeks. Providing interim management support, you will be involved in the day-to-day running of key systems and procedures and work closely with the senior management team overseeing finance, admin, and reception.

Experience working in a Primary Care setting is essential, along with experience with SystemOne and Accurx. You will be a team player, working well with all staff to ensure the smooth running of daily operations while delivering excellent patient services.

Salary – £30 – £40 per hour

The surgery –

  • CQC Good
  • Excellent location close to amenities and commuter routes
  • Located in a residential area near central Cheltenham
  • Experience with SystemOne and Accurx

Your role –

  • Monday to Friday, with some flexibility
  • Duration of 2-4 weeks, with potential extension
  • Primary Care experience essential
  • Overseeing practice processes and daily operations
  • Collaborating with management and multidisciplinary clinical teams
  • Supporting HR functions
  • Maintaining compliance and up-to-date training in line with CQC guidance
