Location: Close to Leominster, North Herefordshire. Easily commutable from Herefordshire and South Shropshire. Affluent and stable population with a strong sense of community.
The Practice: Small practice with a loyal and growing patient base. GP Training Practice with ongoing development and teaching opportunities. High-performing practice with strong QOF achievement and Good CQC rating. Dispensing practice. Excellent MDT including ANP, Physician Associate, Paramedic, Pharmacist and FCP. Highly efficient admin systems significantly reducing GP paperwork. Outstanding staff retention and supportive team culture.
Responsibilities:
- Flexible working days with a fair rota across sites
- Manageable workload with circa 25 patient contacts per day
- 15-minute appointments with a mix of triage and face-to-face
- Minimal home visits, largely supported by the wider team
- Duty doctor role on a rota basis (approximately once per week)
- Opportunity to develop specialist interests such as Minor Surgery or Women's Health
- Supportive environment with mentoring and structured induction
Salary and Benefits:
- £10,800 - £12,500 per session for Salaried GPs
- Indemnity and GMC fees paid
- 6 weeks annual leave plus
