£103,500 – £112,500 per annum Indemnity paid + BMA model + 6 weeks leave

An exciting opportunity for GPs with 1 years’ experience post CCT, who would like to progress to a Leadership post without the commitment of a Partnership. Working closely with a committed Practice Manager to improve the health of the community.

Exceptionally well-run, highly efficient practice for all levels. Incredible levels of support to GPs and Clinicians. Regular meetings to ensure consistent communication between the team. Strong, varied multi-disciplinary team. Forward-thinking set-up with clinical progression encouraged and supported.

Salary – circa £11,500 – £12,500 (experience dependent) + indemnity paid in full + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave + BMA model contract.

Your role

  • 6 to 8 sessions
  • Mixture of routine and triage work.
  • Dedicated non-clinical sessions for leadership responsibilities such as training and PCN meetings.
  • Mix of telephone and f2f appointments – realistic workload.
