We are delighted to be working alongside a well-established and forward-thinking veterinary practice in Huddersfield, who are looking to welcome a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon into their friendly and supportive team. The Role
As Veterinary Surgeon, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding clinical care while building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality medical and surgical care to a wide range of animals
- Conducting thorough clinical examinations and forming accurate diagnoses
- Developing and implementing effective treatment plans
- Performing routine surgeries and dental procedures
- Advising and supporting pet owners on animal care and welfare
- Maintaining accurate, detailed clinical records
- Working closely with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A degree in Veterinary Medicine and current RCVS registration
- Proven experience working in a clinical veterinary setting
- Strong diagnostic and surgical capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
