b Overview /b p In this role you will provide specialist hormone health care as a salaried GP within a fast-growing private clinic, focusing on menopause, perimenopause, PMS and PMDD. You will work with a large clinical team, benefiting from mentoring and MDT support while delivering extended consultations to a national patient base. The position offers a clear focus away from traditional GP lists, with opportunities for hybrid/remote work in the future and a strong research/education environment. You will shape patient pathways and contribute to a mission-driven, sustainable practice. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li high session pay (14,000+ per session) /li li indemnity, employer’s and public liability cover /li li pension contributions (6% employer, 4% employee) /li li 33 days annual leave including bank holidays /li li 8 days study leave plus annual conference /li li structured induction and mentoring /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Work 2–10 sessions per week /li li Conduct in-person consultations initially, with potential for hybrid/remote /li li Manage approximately eight patients per session with built-in admin time /li li Lead 45-minute new patient assessments and 30-minute follow-ups /li li Engage in structured induction with mentor and monthly MDT support /li li Participate in in-house research and education initiatives /li li Benefit from no on-call, no weekend hours, and clear mentorship structure /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li At least 3 years post-CCT experience unless strong interest in Hormone Health /li li Strong interest in Hormone Health /li li GMC registration and eligibility on the UK performers list /li /ul ul li strong communication /li li team collaboration /li li professional curiosity /li li Hormone health expertise (menopause, perimenopause, PMS/PMDD) /li li clinical assessment and management of hormone-related conditions /li li care pathway planning and MDT coordination /li /ul
