A genuinely manageable GP workload. A large, well-organised GP Training & Research Practice in North Somerset is seeking a Salaried GP for 5+ sessions.
- 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave
- Paid additional responsibilities available (higher earning potential)
- Structured 2-week induction (no clinics until week 3)
- No traditional duty doctor model
- Limited on-call: 1 day every 3–4 weeks (supporting a Partner-led system)
- Daily coffee break + team lunch
- Monthly GP meetings
Large GP Training & Research Practice with highly organised systems and strong IT support (EMIS Web). Extensive MDT: ANPs, Pharmacists, MSK and Mental Health clinicians focused on reducing GP workload and improving day structure.
