You will work as a Salaried GP for 4–6 sessions (with flexibility for more if desired) in a highly stable, supportive team in the heart of Dundee. Salary & Benefits
- £11,000–£11,500 per session (£10,500 for newly qualified GPs)
- £8,500 Golden Hello available via the Health Board

- Paid CPD time built into the working week

Workload & Structure
- 4–6 sessions available (6 sessions would be 5 clinical sessions and a 6th session of mostly CPD and admin time)
- 12 patients per session, 15‐minute appointments
- GP‐led clinics with flexibility over appointment mix
- Flexible start and finish times (anything from 07:00‐09:30 can be considered)
- Very manageable duty day, also capped at 12 patients per session
- Minimal home visits, with local ANP support managing most requests
- GPs finish and exit by 6pm – work/life balance is of the utmost importance
Practice
The practice is a medium‐sized teaching practice with a good mix of partners and salaried GPs seen as equals. It is located in central Dundee with parking available. The practice has a strong multidisciplinary team including nurses, HCAs, clinical pharmacists and additional clinical roles. Staff retention is excellent, with many team members having spent decades at the practice.

Special interests are encouraged – minor surgery and joint injection clinics readily available, and other interests will be supported.
