Salary & Benefits

  • £12,500–13,500 per session (negotiable for exceptional leadership experience)
  • PMS model contract (broadly similar to BMA)

Practice Details

  • Part of a well‑established, GP‑led primary care group of 10 practices, all CQC Good
  • 15,000‑patient shared‑list model
  • Diverse, high‑need community providing rewarding and varied clinical work
  • Pharmacists and trained medical assistants significantly reduce GP administrative burden
  • Digital‑first organisation with a focus on innovation and sustainability

Your Role

  • Clinical Lead GP – 6 sessions per week (10‑minute appointments, 15 patient contacts per session)
  • Duty/triage days alternating with clinical sessions (typically 1–2 per week)
  • Clinical oversight and pastoral support for a team of approximately 5 salaried GPs plus ANPs, physician associates, nurses and HCAs
  • Reports to the medical director with structured mentorship provided
  • Friday fixed session; flexibility on remaining days
