Practice Details
- Part of a well‑established, GP‑led primary care group of 10 practices, all CQC Good
- 15,000‑patient shared‑list model
- Diverse, high‑need community providing rewarding and varied clinical work
- Pharmacists and trained medical assistants significantly reduce GP administrative burden

Your Role
- Clinical Lead GP – 6 sessions per week (10‑minute appointments, 15 patient contacts per session)
- Duty/triage days alternating with clinical sessions (typically 1–2 per week)
- Clinical oversight and pastoral support for a team of approximately 5 salaried GPs plus ANPs, physician associates, nurses and HCAs
- Reports to the medical director with structured mentorship provided
- Friday fixed session; flexibility on remaining days
