Overview

A genuinely manageable GP workload within a stable, forward‑thinking training practice. The set‑up offers a well‑structured day, strong MDT support and a collaborative team environment, with continuity of care and clear limits on workload.

Workload & Structure

  • 5–7 sessions available (6 ideal, 7th could be a specialism)
  • 12 patients per session
  • 15-minute appointments
  • Half clinical day – protected admin time built in
  • Structured day with breaks (1–2 pm daily team downtime)
  • Strong triage model: Care Navigators filter demand from 8 am; Triage GP covers one session per week
  • Hybrid list system – continuity where it matters

Workplace & Support

  • Large practice (~15,000 patients), established GP training practice
  • Stable team with equal numbers of Partners and Salaried GPs; no GP works more than 6 sessions
  • Excellent MDT support: 3 ANPs, 6 nurses, HCAs, phlebotomist, pharmacist team managing prescriptions
  • PCN support including FCP, mental health, social prescribing and community visiting team
  • Modern, spacious health centre

Location & Demographics

Bradford – easy access via M606; commutable from Leeds, Bingley, Brighouse. Young, diverse population with high clinical need.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Qualified as a General Practitioner
  • Registered with the GMC and UK performers list
  • Excellent MDT collaboration and communication skills
  • Special interest supported (e.g., women’s health, diabetes, joint injections) – multilingual skills beneficial but not essential
