You will be calling newly-qualified GPs across the UK at the start of their careers, introducing yourself and letting them know how we can help them.
The project you will be working on is the lifeblood of the business; it has run every year for the past twelve years, has delivered huge ROI, and the people who work on it are genuinely valued. It is a well-oiled process and you will be stepping into something that works.
- Outbound phone calls to newly-qualified GPs across the UK - this is 99% of the role.
- No recruitment experience needed.
- Communication - you come across well on the phone and can hold a natural conversation.
- We would love someone who sees a long-term future in this specific role. The work is steady, the project matters, and there is real value in becoming very good at something important.
