Menlo Park Recruitment is seeking an Interim Practice Manager for a GP practice in North Oxfordshire.
The role is a 3–6 month assignment, fully onsite, with 4–5 days per week (32–40 hours) and a day rate of £350–£450.
You will provide day-to-day operational leadership, lead CQC compliance and HR matters, and support estates projects during a period of change, working with the senior leadership team and fulfilling the Manager of the Day duties weekly.
