BackgroundThis is a genuine clinical leadership role, with protected management time and real influence over how the practice runs. Worklong alongside a strong Practice Manager, you will lead, delegate and develop the team, rather than quietly absorb the workload yourself. LocationThe practice is in a residential, green part of Farnborough, with quick access to the M3 and easy reach of Surrey, Berkshire and North Hampshire. Camberley is around 10 minutes away, Guildford and Bracknell around 25 minutes and Basingstoke around 30 minutes. Farnborough also has direct trains to London Waterloo.
