Workload & Structure
- 4-6 sessions
- 8 urgent appointments per day
- Remaining workload self‑managed from your own patient list
- Protected follow‑up slots (GP‑controlled)
- No traditional duty doctor model – Triage GP filters and distributes workload
- Virtually no home visits (Paramedics + Frailty team)
- No evenings or weekends
