Workload & Structure
- Only 27 patients per day
- Protected mini‐session for follow‐up appointments (a 6‐session GP would have 8 follow‐up slots batched together)
- No home visits for Salaried GPs on routine days
- Half‐day Duty only, focusing on eConsult triage following initial GPA sifting, with 6 appointment slots allocated during for any patients needing review
- Admin time allocated to each session per BMA contract
