A open-door culture and genuinely manageable workload. You will be joining a GP Training Practice in Southampton seeking a Salaried GP for 4–7 sessions. This is a genuinely supportive and collaborative team offering a well‐structured working day, protected follow‐up time and strong MDT support. The practice has excellent retention, a stable Partnership and a culture focused on teamwork rather than firefighting.

Workload & Structure

  • Only 27 patients per day
  • Protected mini‐session for follow‐up appointments (a 6‐session GP would have 8 follow‐up slots batched together)
  • No home visits for Salaried GPs on routine days
  • Half‐day Duty only, focusing on eConsult triage following initial GPA sifting, with 6 appointment slots allocated during for any patients needing review
  • Admin time allocated to each session per BMA contract
