Workload & Structure
- Only 27 patients per day
- Protected mini‑session for follow‑up appointments (a 6‑session GP would have 8 follow‑up slots batched together)
- No home visits for Salaried GPs on routine days
- Half‑day Duty only, focusing on eConsult triage following initial GPA sifting, with 6 appointment slots allocated during for any patients needing review
- Admin time allocated to each session per BMA contract
