Background
This practice is committed to making general practice feel manageable again. A structured working day ends at 5:30pm, a reasonable appointment load with built‑in catch‑up time, a
GP assistant model that genuinely reduces non‑clinical burden, and an upcoming
AI triage system to ease duty doctor demand. This has resulted in a team where GPs stay long‑term, with tenures between five and thirteen years a norm.
Location
The practice is based in North‑West Shropshire, close to the Welsh border.
Shrewsbury is about 20 minutes by road, Wrexham approximately 20 minutes to the north, and Chester around 45 minutes.
The area offers affordable living and easy access to open countryside.
