Location

St Helier is Jersey’s capital and main commercial hub, home to a well‑established GP community. Jersey sits under an hour’s flight from most major UK airports, and residents benefit from a lower rate of income tax, no capital gains or inheritance tax, and a noticeably milder climate than the mainland.

The Practice

• Strong partnership team, supported by an experienced wider clinical team
• In‑house support for professional development
• Medium‑sized practice, enabling genuine continuity of care

Your Role

• Clear pathway to Partnership, with an equally valid long‑term route for those who prefer to remain Salaried
• Full‑time role of up to 9 sessions per week, with flexibility on pattern
• 15‑minute appointments, with an agreed maximum daily clinical workload (circa 25 patients)
• One in four Saturday mornings, covering urgent telephone triage only
• Minimal home visits, thanks to the practice’s multi‑site cover model
• You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List

Salary And Benefits

• Sessional rate of £15,000 – £17,000 per session
