- Large practice serving a sizeable patient population
- Modern, purpose‑built premises with highly digitalised systems
- 6 GP Partners, 10 Salaried GPs and extensive multidisciplinary support
- Strong team ethos with no isolated personal‑list culture
- Mature total triage model developed in collaboration with NHS England
- EMIS Web clinical system
- Excellent administrative support with streamlined workflows and minimal paperwork
- High‑performing GMS practice with strong QOF achievement
- Hybrid working model with approximately 25% remote working available
- Very limited home visiting requirements
Your role
- Salaried GP position available from 4‑6 sessions per week
- Fixed appointment numbers with protected workload
- Typically 18 appointments in the morning and 15 in the afternoon
- Flexible mix of surgery‑based and remote sessions
- Option to participate in a structured duty doctor rota for enhanced earnings
- Supportive induction tailored to experience level
- Open to experienced GPs and capable newly qualified GPs
Salary And Benefits
