Background
Are you wanting to join a respected GP Training Practice known for the support and team‑spirit they promote? Do you want to join a practice where we have already placed GPs receiving excellent feedback? Do you have another substantive job and are looking for just 2 extra sessions a week—or perhaps you’re a Portfolio GP looking for some practice‑based sessions to complement other work? If any of the above are a yes, think about enquiring further.
Salary c£11,000 – £12,000 per session depending on experience plus paid CPD.
Location: Rotherham.
The surgery:
- GP Training Practice
- Excellent feedback from GPs we have previously recruited
- Geared towards reducing GP workload

- Coffee break every morning
- Monthly education afternoon

Your role:
- Salaried GP (view to Partnership available)
- 4 or more sessions
- Well managed workload – GPs finish on time
- Half‑day Duty only – morning one week, afternoon the next
- All patients and lab results etc shared equally – no personal list admin burden
- No care home requirement unless you opt in – this then becomes protected weekly time
- No evening/weekend working
- Special interests heavily encouraged – can evidence the support they have provided other GPs
You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List.
