A highly regarded GP Training Practice just north of Plymouth is seeking a Salaried GP to join a stable, experienced team.
This is a rare opportunity offering an exceptional sessional rate, hybrid working, and a well-supported, structured day with minimal home visiting and no traditional duty doctor model.
- Salary & Benefits
- £12,800–£13,350 per session + indemnity paid

- 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave
- Workload & Structure
- 4-6 sessions
- Less than 5 hours of clinical time per day
- 15-minute appointments
- Mix of F2F, calls and e-consults
- Extensive protected admin / task slots built into the day
- No traditional duty doctor model
- Acute Hub system in place
- First patient not until 09:30 when covering
- Minimal home visits (covered daily by Paramedic / ANP team)
