An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Salaried GP and a 12-month fixed-term Salaried GP maternity cover to join a forward-thinking, technologically progressive practice across two well-established sites in leafy Thames Ditton and East Molesey. The practice combines a highly supportive multidisciplinary team with innovative systems designed to genuinely reduce GP workload, creating an environment where clinicians can focus on patient care rather than administration. Newly qualified GPs are welcome to apply.
Location: Thames Ditton and East Molesey, Surrey

- Two-site practice with plans for clinicians to become site-based long term
The Practice:
- Mid-sized practice with a Good CQC rating
- PMS contract
- Two GP Partners and an experienced Salaried GP team
- Highly developed MDT including ANPs, Paramedic, Clinical Pharmacist, Practice Nurses, HCAs and Paediatric Nurses
- Extensive use of technology including AI-supported triage systems
- Strong focus on reducing GP admin workload
- Supportive and sociable team culture with regular coffee meetings
- Excellent staff retention with long-serving management and clinical teams
- Opportunities to develop specialist interests including Dermatology, Cardiology and Women’s Health
Your role:
- Salaried GP or 12-month FTC Salaried GP maternity cover
- Between 4-10 sessions available with flexibility for job share arrangements
- 15-minute appointments throughout
- 25 patients per day split between routine and long-term condition reviews
- Built-in admin time every session
- Minimal home visits, largely covered by the Paramedic team
- Duty Doctor rota approximately once weekly
- Flexible start times to accommodate family commitments
- Opportunity to develop leadership or specialist clinical interests
You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List.
Salary and Benefits:
- £11,000 – £12,500 per session depending on experience
- MDU fees paid
- NHS Pension
- Six weeks annual leave
