Unique opportunity to work in a forward‐thinking, supportive GP Training practice located amidst the idyllic Malvern Hills.
Location: Malvern Hills locality.
Practice Overview:
- Forward‐thinking GP Training practice
- Low locum usage
- Supported by multiple Advanced Nurse Practitioners, PAs, PNs, pharmacists, etc.
- Outstanding staff retention
- CQC rating Good across the board
- GMS practice
Your Role:
- 4–6 sessions per week
- 1–2 monthly administrative sessions
- Daily coffee break during morning clinic
- Maximum 25 patient contacts per day (15‐minute appointments)
- Minimal home visits – roughly one per week per GP
- 20‐minute appointments on Duty Doctor days
- Using EMIS Clinical system
- Must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List
Qualifications:
- Qualified General Practitioner, registered with the GMC and UK Performers List.
Salary and Benefits:
- £10,100 – £11,000+ per session
- Indemnity paid
- 6 weeks annual leave
