Outstanding and unique opportunity to work as a Salaried GP in an extremely well-run, forward-thinking, training practice in Burton-upon-Trent. The practice has made excellent progress in recent months and is now in a prime position to recruit another GP. This role is only available to GPs based locally or willing to relocate; Tier 2 visa sponsorship is not available.
Location: Burton-upon-Trent
The Surgery:
- Forward-thinking practice which has made excellent progress over recent years
- Very dynamic, able to adapt and make decisions quickly
- Well-connected locally with PCN and CCG
- GP Training Practice
- Heavily reduced GP workload
- Successful strict protocols/processes in place, vibrant team
- Superb IT structure and support and organised practice
Your Role:
- 4 - 8 sessions per week
- Heavily reduced workload
- Approximately 21, 28 or 30 patient contacts per day, depending on the day
- 9-15 patient contacts per session
- Dedicated daily admin time
- Reasonable duty doctor day
- Minimal home visit requirement
- EMIS Practice
- Qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List
Salary: £10,500 - £11,500 per session plus indemnity paid, BMA contract, and 7 weeks’ leave.
