Responsibilities
- Conduct GP consultations (15-30 min) and personalized health screenings (30-45 min) on-site.
- Perform full patient assessments, including diagnostics such as blood tests, ECGs, smear tests and vaccinations.
- Provide care primarily to a working adult population referred through large corporate employers.
- Collaborate with a dedicated Patient Navigation Team to facilitate rapid referrals into the provider's hospital network.
- Work a genuine 8-hour working day (08:30-17:30) with a one-hour lunch break.
- Maintain no home visits, on-call, extended or urgent ‘extra’ appointments.
Training & Development
Receive a 12-week paid training programme at the GP Learning Academy, including GP shadowing and mentoring, systems and IT training (dictation & reporting), and private patient care learning.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in a salaried GP role.
- Based in London or Greater London.
- Qualified GP registered with the GMC and on the UK performers list.
