Workload & Structure

  • 4-6 sessions
  • 8 urgent appointments per day
  • Remaining workload self‑managed from your own patient list
  • Protected follow‑up slots (GP‑controlled)
  • No traditional duty doctor model – Triage GP filters and distributes workload
  • Virtually no home visits (Paramedics + Frailty team)
  • No evenings or weekends
