This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded GP Training Practice in Salisbury offering a well-structured working day, outstanding MDT support and a genuinely collaborative culture. The practice has built an impressive clinical support structure, with ANP-led triage, a home visiting service and strong pharmacy support helping to keep GP workload safe and sustainable.
Salary & Benefits
- Circa £12,500 per session rising to £13,000 after 6 months
- Indemnity paid
- NHS Pension
- 6 weeks annual leave
- 1 week study leave
- Continuation of service included for sick pay and maternity pay
Workload & Structure
- 4–6 sessions available
- 15-minute appointments throughout
- No home visits
- No traditional Duty Doctor
- ANP-led triage model
- Mixture of pre-booked and same-day appointments
- Pooled list with fair-share admin only
- Daily whole-team clinical meeting at 1:30pm
