The Practice:

  • Large practice serving a sizeable patient population
  • Modern, purpose‑built premises with highly digitalised systems
  • 6 GP Partners, 10 Salaried GPs and extensive multidisciplinary support
  • Strong team ethos with no isolated personal‑list culture
  • Mature total triage model developed in collaboration with NHS England
  • EMIS Web clinical system
  • Excellent administrative support with streamlined workflows and minimal paperwork
  • High‑performing GMS practice with strong QOF achievement
  • Hybrid working model with approximately 25% remote working available
  • Very limited home visiting requirements

Your role:

  • Salaried GP position available from 4‑6 sessions per week
  • Fixed appointment numbers with protected workload
  • Typically 18 appointments in the morning and 15 in the afternoon
  • Flexible mix of surgery‑based and remote sessions
  • Option to participate in a structured duty doctor rota for enhanced earnings
  • Supportive induction tailored to experience level
  • Open to experienced GPs and capable newly qualified GPs

Salary And Benefits:

  • £11,500 per session without on‑call commitments
  • Up to £12,650 per session with participation in the on‑call rota
  • Indemnity paid
