This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive GP Training Practice in South Somerset offering strong workload control, excellent MDT support and the feel of a smaller practice backed by the resilience of a larger organisation. The practice has developed a well-structured clinical model designed to keep workload safe, sustainable and collaborative.

Salary & Benefits

  • £12,000–£15,000+ per session depending on experience and responsibilities

Workload & Structure

  • 4+ sessions per week
  • 12 patients per session
  • 50/50 split between face-to-face appointments and telephone consultations
  • Triage-based duty system which is non-patient-facing and supervisory in nature
  • Dedicated GP each session completing practice admin on a rota basis
  • Strong MDT support including Mental Health team, ANPs, Occupational Therapist, GP Assistant and full nursing team
  • No evenings or weekends
  • Monthly half-day protected CPD and training shutdown
  • Excellent mentoring and support for newly qualified GPs
