It sits within easy commuting distance of Reading (around a 15-to-20-minute drive), Basingstoke (around 25 minutes) and Newbury (around 25 to 30 minutes), giving candidates a semi-rural base with fast road links into the wider region.
The Practice
- GP Training Practice
- Growing, predominantly young population with little to no deprivation
- Very stable, settled GP team
- Daily coffee break plus a weekly team meeting with rotating topics
- Paramedic-led triage, supervised by the Duty GP

Your Role
- Salaried GP position with genuine scope for Partnership within three to five years
- 4 to 6 sessions per week, with some flexibility on the days required
- Well-managed, capped workload with no extras
- 15-minute appointments if preferred
- Very few home visits and no late evening surgeries
- Encouraged to develop a clinical special interest, alongside a team where every GP already has one
