GP Training Practice north of Plymouth is offering a genuinely manageable GP workload with 4–6 sessions per week, 15-minute appointments and hybrid working.
There is extensive protected admin time and no traditional duty doctor model, with an Acute Hub in place and first patient not before 09:30 when covering.
The role includes a sessional rate with indemnity paid, NHS pension and generous leave (6 weeks + 1 week study leave).
