A highly specialised GP role with real clinical ownership. An established Training Practice offering a focused frailty role with longer appointments, strong MDT support and significant autonomy.

Salary & Benefits

  • £12,000–£12,500 per session

Workload & Structure

  • 4–10 sessions available
  • Dedicated frailty/elderly patient list
  • 30-minute F2F appointments
  • Extended home visits (1–1.5 hours)
  • Care home rounds and MDT leadership
  • Flexible start and finish times

  • Strong MDT: Paramedics, Pharmacists, Frailty team, Physios
  • Daily visiting support (ANP/Paramedic)
  • High-dispensing, partner-owned premises
