The Practice:
- Mid‑sized practice with ambitious growth plans
- Part of a successful not‑for‑profit GP federation
- GP Training Practice with a structured educational programme
- Daily coffee break fostering a genuinely collaborative culture
- Strong multidisciplinary team including Clinical Pharmacists, Advanced Paramedic Practitioner, Physiotherapy service, Nurses and HCAs

- Home visiting service in place, resulting in virtually no home visits for GPs

Your Role:
- Salaried GP
- Flexible sessional commitment available
- 15-minute appointments throughout
- Typically 13 patients in the morning and 12 in the afternoon

- Dedicated clinician‑of‑the‑day model for triage and urgent care
- No squeeze‑in appointments and no expectation to routinely work beyond scheduled hours
- Minimal home visiting responsibilities
