Menlo Park Adult Social Care in North Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced Interim Practice Manager to provide business-as-usual leadership during a period of organisational change.

This 3–6 month assignment is fully on-site and 4–5 days per week (32–40 hours), with start before the end of August.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead CQC compliance, staff management and HR matters.
