An exciting opportunity has arisen for a GP to join a forward‑thinking practice in rural West Cumbria, in a Salaried or Lead GP capacity. The practice is ideally looking for a full‑time / 9‑session GP (4 days), though can be flexible on the days of work. The practice is a hub and spoke training practice and will occasionally have trainees on site; it employs a diverse MDT including an ANP, paramedic and practice nurses. The workload is kept reasonable, with 15‑minute appointments and seeing 30 patients per day.

Salary £10,400 – £13,100+ per session + indemnity insurance paid + NHS pension + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave. A Lead GP sessional rate of over £13,000 per session is available, with possible incentives and a joining bonus. Working 9 sessions over 4 days could bring a salary of over £117,000 for 4 days.

Location: West Cumbria – commutable from Whitehaven, Egremont, Millom, etc.
