Location
The role covers four sites across North Somerset, between Bristol and Weston-super-Mare.
The Remit
- Multi-site NHS primary care leadership role across four sites across North Somerset
- Recently expanded through merger, with further growth and site integration planned
- Strong, collaborative culture between clinical and non-clinical leadership teams
- Clear succession planning and genuine progression opportunities within a wider group of practices
Your Role
- Full operational leadership across all four sites, working closely with Surgery Managers and the wider clinical leadership team
- Full-time, site-based role with a five-day presence across the area and flexibility on how time is split week to week
- Responsibility for performance, compliance, risk management and staff development across all sites
- Direct line management of non-clinical Surgery Managers, with oversight (but not direct line responsibility) of clinical leads
- Genuine scope to influence strategy as the organisation grows
Salary and Benefits
- Salary of £66,500 to £72,000 per annum
- NHS Pension scheme
- 6 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays, with annual pay review
- Mileage paid between sites where applicable
- 50% contribution towards personal mobile phone costs when used for work
