You will be working for a dynamic and pioneering organisation at the forefront of change and innovation within primary care. With significant support available from a sizeable back‐office team as well as outstanding investment into ARRS‐funded roles, you will be well backed and able to develop a long‐term career, with the leadership keen to help GPs realise their aspirations through bespoke created personal development plans.
Sessional Rate: £11,500 – £13,000 per session
Location: Bridgwater area
The Surgery:
- c7,000 patients
- Progressive, innovative take on general practice
- Pleasant village setting just outside Bridgwater
- Regular internal meetings and educational support
- Mentoring and support for newly qualified GPs

Your Role:
- Salaried GP (with opportunity to take on additional responsibilities)
- 4 sessions
- 15‐minute appointments
- Coffee and clinical meeting every morning at 11 am
You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
