This is a different kind of Salaried GP opportunity, built around flexibility rather than the traditional full time, fully in person model. Up to half of sessions can be worked from home, and appointments are structured to protect, rather than squeeze, clinical time. The practice is based in Bognor Regis, a seaside town on the West Sussex coast. Chichester is around 20 minutes away by car, Worthing around 25 minutes, and Littlehampton around 15 minutes, giving easy access to a wider choice of amenities and transport links while still enjoying a coastal lifestyle.
A broad, innovation focused primary care network, with GPs able to refer directly into paramedics, clinical pharmacists, a mental health practitioner, first contact physiotherapists, a social prescriber and a health and wellbeing coach.

Your Role:
- Up to half of sessions can be worked remotely, with the remainder based on site.
- Four sessions per week, with some flexibility on days for the right candidate.
- Circa 13 to 14 patients per session, with 12.5 minute appointments.
- All clinical, with admin time built into the session template rather than added on top.
