Job Type: 6 month internship

Function: Consulting / Marketing / Podcast Production / Admin

Location: Mostly “work from anywhere” but will require some travel into central London and to client site. Applicants are required to hold the relevant Visas/Work Permits.

About us: Our boutique management consultancy challenges organisations to be more purposeful about strategy and more strategic about purpose. We support our clients with approaches and methodologies that build enduring organisations, liberate the human spirit within them, and realise their potential to make the world a better place. Most of our work is with senior teams, using a combination of proprietary tools and frameworks. We market our firm through our podcast (The Purposeful Strategist), small group events, our website (www.menkus.com), social media, and referrals / word of mouth.

Here's what is needed:

  • Positive attitude, flexible, sense of humour, willing to take initiative
  • Good interpersonal manner, comfortable and relaxed on the phone and Teams / Zoom
  • Perceptiveness about people and groups
  • Flawless written and spoken English
  • Attention to detail, able to check quality of own work
  • Time-management to juggle multiple projects and events
  • Ability to understand abstract concepts and apply them pragmatically to client situations
  • Numerical / logic problem solving (especially with Excel)
  • Microsoft Office, Squarespace, able to pick up other software tools

Key activities will include:

  • Assisting with design and delivery of client workshops (incl. PowerPoint)
  • Analysing market and client data to identify unexpected patterns and trends
  • Podcast production: identifying and contacting potential guests, developing marketing content, and publicising episodes on LinkedIn and elsewhere
  • Arranging in-person and virtual events, including finding appropriate venues and liaising with guests
  • Updating website and maintaining social media presence

Compensation: ÂŁ2250 per month. (ÂŁ27,000 annual equivalent)
