We are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to join our Vision Care team and drive sustainable growth across Central and Greater London. This is a great opportunity for someone who has the mindset, energy, and determination to win.
The Opportunity:
This is a role where attitude matters as much as experience. You’ll be supported to succeed, but expected to bring focus, resilience, and a strong desire to close business. You’ll learn how to manage a territory, build a pipeline, and use CRM tools to turn opportunities into long-term customer relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Winning new business and growing existing accounts
- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
- Following up consistently and closing opportunities
- Using CRM (Salesforce) to plan, track, and improve your performance
- Developing trusted relationships with customers
- Working with a supportive team to deliver strong commercial results
What We’re Looking For:

- Confidence to engage with customers and learn quickly
