We are seeking a Principal Pre‑Sales Consultant to help enterprise customers navigate AI transformation, connecting business challenges to Siemens' end‑to‑end digital, data, and AI capabilities. This role is at the forefront of transforming global leading companies into agentic enterprises by defining, scaling, and reinforcing their semantic layer through our Knowledge Graph platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers, assessing their Data & AI infrastructure, AI/ML maturity, and uncovering strategic opportunities to position Siemens' Knowledge Graph platform as the foundation for enterprise‑grade Agentic and Generative AI.
  • Own the technical relationship throughout the sales cycle, identifying high‑value business cases for graph, architecting scalable graph‑based solutions, and providing hands‑on guidance during customer evaluations.
  • Plan and orchestrate the delivery of strategic Proof‑of‑Value activities with clients.
  • Collaborate with product teams and feed real‑world customer insights back into the product roadmap, ensuring our graph capabilities stay ahead of market demand.
  • Demonstrate how Graph Studio & Graph Lakehouse are the foundation of an agentic enterprise and enhance LLM accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and enable agents.
  • Lead the creation of comprehensive business impact demonstrations and advise C‑suite and technical stakeholders on Data‑and‑AI strategy and roadmap.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Pre‑Sales, sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
  • Deep understanding of knowledge graphs, semantic web technologies, graph databases, or data fabrics.
  • Strong communication skills, explaining complex problems in simple terms.
  • Ability to influence executives and guide enterprise‑scale AI adoption.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to RAG, Agentic AI, or enterprise GenAI deployments.
  • Knowledge of low‑code AI tools.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is £69,700 to £105,000 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. Siemens offers health and wellness benefits to employees.
