We are looking for a hands-on Remedial Site Manager with a trade background in bricklaying, roofing, or carpentry. This is a practical, site-based role where you will both carry out and oversee remedial works across residential and commercial properties in London.
You will manage your own sites and work independently, delivering a range of structural, waterproofing, and external repair works.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise subcontractors and carry out hands-on remedial works, including:
- Brick repairs and masonry works
- Roofing repairs, re-roofing, waterproofing, leadwork etc
- External decorations
- Render and façade repairs
- Carpentry repairs / windows
- Complete structural and waterproofing repairs.
- Trade background in bricklaying, roofing, decorations or carpentry preferred.
- Experience in remedial works.
- CSCS card (essential).
- SMSTS / SSSTS or willing to complete training.
- Ability to work alone and take responsibility for sites.
- Good knowledge of UK health & safety requirements.
- Full UK driving licence.
