At Mend Building, we are a main contractor specialising in capital works which include external decorations, brick and concrete repairs, roofing, and internal common parts refurbishment. We are looking for a Multiskilled Tradesperson to join our crew and help us deliver high-quality results for our clients.
While we need a multi skill we are especially keen to meet people who have a strong background in roofing, decorating, or brickwork.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Getting Stuck In: Completing various multiskilled trade tasks and anything else needed to help the project succeed.
- Supporting the Crew: Helping the team with unloading trucks and keeping our sites tidy and professional.
- On-the-Go Tasks: Making site deliveries or popping to the store for supplies when required.
- Being the Go-To Person: Staying approachable and contactable for your teammates and subcontractors.
What We’re Looking For
- Solid Trade Skills: Experience in multiskilled work, with a particular bias toward roofing, decorating, or brickwork.
- Tool Savvy: You’re comfortable and safe using hand tools and power tools.
- Safety First: A commitment to looking out for yourself, your teammates and subcontractors by following our safety and environmental policies.
- Self-Starters: Someone who can show a bit of self-reliance and get stuck into their tasks without being micro-managed.
- Hold a CSCS card: Must hold a current CSCS card.
