Mencap is hiring Relief Job Coaches in Worcester to support people with learning disabilities and/or autism as they move toward employment. You’ll provide 1:1 coaching, help with first days in new workplaces, and assist learners in practicing skills until they’re confident and independent.
You’ll collaborate with Caseworkers and Tutors to set goals, track progress, and liaise with employers to ensure the right supports are in place.
