Mencap is seeking a Skills Coach to support the Internship Programme on a full-time basis.
Based in the Black Country, you will drive the Mencap Training Academy, helping learners with mild to moderate learning disabilities complete the programme, including employability, English and maths learning.
You will deliver 1‑1 coaching, classroom sessions and workplace integration, aiming to help learners secure paid employment and sustain it.
Strong communication and record‑keeping are essential.
