Role Overview
Part‑time Community Inclusion Facilitator (20 hours per week) supporting adults with learning disability in the Sutton Me Time programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Enable people to make decisions and try new opportunities aligned with their chosen lives.
- Develop and deliver responsive direct individual and group activities.
- Plan and review person‑centred activities with full involvement of the individual.
- Collaborate with colleagues to build community networks and raise safeguarding concerns appropriately.
- Maintain a creative, dynamic, and adaptable approach to challenging situations.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of supported individuals, encouraging progress and reporting impact.
- Complete all recording and reporting requirements in a timely manner.
- Communicate with the individuals being supported with dignity and respect.
- Operate flexibly from different locations and community projects.
